Bryan Blankenship
CEO & Sales Director
Bryan is Ohio born and raised – he grew up in Germantown and Middletown. He has been a Licensed Ohio (and Kentucky) General Contractor, REO pro and pro flipper for over a decade. During this span of time he has established relationships in the industry that allow us to craft offers that others can’t match, which is the driving force behind the company’s success.
It’s not all about the fair cash offer, though. What REALLY makes him stand apart is his ability to provide help and value in a wide variety of ways – it all boils down to how can he really help his neighbor!
He has been featured in magazines and podcasts, though he prefers to be behind the scenes, making sure things get done the way they should be. It’s not uncommon to find him with his nose in a book, as he has a great love for learning and constant self-improvement. Bryan is usually the first one to know about new construction products and technologies!
Bryan started pretty small, by buying a lawnmower and offering lawnmowing services across the area. With a lot of long hours and hard work, he expanded into full property preservation services, learning how to secure properties and maintain plumbing in all seasons. This fueled his hunger to learn more, and he began mastering each of the skilled trades involved in home construction and maintenance, one by one. He gradually expanded his team to include several talented family members, and a few friends who have become like family over the years. Now he sits at the helm, helping guide the purchase of every single home we buy, and directing the necessary renovations and repairs being performed.
Having experienced a foreclosure himself over fifteen years ago, Bryan has a desire to help others avoid going through the same thing. He knows exactly how horrible the whole process can be, and how easy it is for someone to fall behind and find themselves in that situation, with no idea where to turn or how to ask for help. This is a big motivator for the entire team – every person we can help to avoid the horrors of losing almost everything they’ve worked for and being escorted to the curb by a law enforcement official is a HUGE win in our book!
When he’s not working (which is quite rare!), you can find Bryan enjoying nature, traveling, racing anything with an engine, or spending quality time with loved ones. He and his wife reside in Lebanon, Ohio, and are both animal lovers with 3 rescued cats at home (and an occasional rescued Raptor that they foster).

Tony Deal
Sr Sales Manager & Partner
Tony has lived in Ohio his entire life. As a former programming engineer in the tool and die industry, Tony was rehabbing properties in his spare time until he decided to make a full time move into the real estate industry and join our team.
Tony has a long history of being able to build, fix, or make anything needed to complete a project and his true passion comes from seeing the property transformation take place (sometimes we even call him the “House Whisperer” due to his uncanny ability to assess a house so quickly).
He knows precisely what it takes to perform any repairs or updates necessary on any kind of home, and he keeps an active eye and ear on the overall construction industry to take into account any changes coming over the horizon. If there’s a nationwide shortage of new appliances, or if new windows are on backorder for 6 weeks, he’s one of the first to know and factor it into the equation for each property. In the same way, he monitors the mortgage industry, and he knows what current interest rates are, and what the overall trajectory of home sales is projected to be at any given time.
Tony is very much a straight-shooter, and he believes in helping people navigate all kinds of tough situations using the truth, and not by just telling people what they might want to hear. In this way, he’s not exactly a “typical” salesperson, and we wouldn’t have him any other way!
During free time he enjoys being outside, working on a project, or relaxing in front of a fire. He enjoys spending free time with his family. One of his favorite past times is working or riding on something with an engine, either dirt bikes, buggies, or fast cars. He also enjoys being a responsible firearm owner, and will talk to anyone for hours about it.
Tony has two children – his son is a young teenager who is active in soccer, playing on a team in the top rankings of the OSSL and BSL, and his daughter is taking honors classes and college courses through Cedarville with the hope of achieving a career in business someday.
Tony has been with Ohio Cash Buyers for over 12 years.

Taylor Shaw
VP of Operations
Taylor has always been fascinated by how things work and how they can be improved. Whether it’s technology, business processes, or the systems that power large organizations, he enjoys finding ways to make things more efficient, reliable, and scalable.
A graduate of Brown University, Taylor has spent more than a decade building a career around solving complex challenges through technology. Throughout that time, he has worked with organizations ranging from regional businesses to some of the largest companies in the world, including GE Aerospace, GE Power, Procter & Gamble, and Brown University Health.
What makes Taylor such a valuable part of our team is his ability to look at a problem from multiple angles and quickly identify practical solutions. He has a natural curiosity and a genuine love of learning, which means he is constantly researching new technologies, improving processes, and looking for better ways to accomplish things. If there is a more efficient way to do something, there’s a good chance Taylor is already working on it.
While much of his professional background is rooted in technology, the same problem-solving mindset translates exceptionally well into real estate. Whether it’s systems, operations, data, or long-term planning, Taylor brings an analytical perspective that helps our team continue to grow and improve.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Taylor around cars. He loves everything automotive, especially anything fast, and enjoys learning the engineering and technology behind what makes vehicles perform. If the conversation turns to horsepower, turbochargers, or Audi’s legendary 4.0T platform, there’s a good chance you’ve found one of his favorite topics.

Attorney Ben Bauer, Esq.

Has spent more than 25 years helping clients navigate complex real estate and contract law matters. As Ohio Cash Buyers’ primary real estate and contract law attorney, Ben brings decades of experience, practical guidance, and a steady hand to transactions ranging from straightforward purchases to some of the most challenging situations homeowners can face.
Ben is known for his ability to simplify complicated legal matters and help clients understand their options with confidence. His experience and attention to detail have made him a trusted resource for our team and the homeowners we serve.
When he is not practicing law, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on FC Cincinnati, and relaxing at home with his adopted lap cat while catching a game. He is also a talented musician who enjoys playing guitar and singing in his spare time.
Whether he is helping clients work through a legal challenge or enjoying a match at TQL Stadium, Ben brings the same passion, dedication, and genuine care to everything he does.

Heather Carroll
Transaction Coordinator & Executive PA
Heather originally hails from West Virginia, but now that she’s crossed state lines and been in Ohio for a while, she’s fallen in love with our little piece of the Midwest! She is another vital part of the team who wears many hats within the office as our Transaction Coordinator and Executive PA. With years of experience supporting our operations, she helps keep transactions moving forward, ensures important details don’t fall through the cracks, and somehow manages to keep the rest of us on track along the way.
Her bright smile and positive attitude keep everyone in good spirits, and she always remembers everyone’s birthday, anniversary, and favorite place to eat! She has even been known to bring special treats to our crews now and then.

Mandi Blankenship
AR/AP Manager
Mandi is a silent powerhouse for the team, working in the background to make sure our sellers get their cash at closing, and handling all of the various bills and accounts that go along with all that we do. She’s been at the helm of these things for almost two decades now.
Mandi is a true introvert, preferring a quiet home life with her nose in a book and a purring cat on her lap over just about anything else.

Nichell Williams
Director of Marketing
Nichell grew up in Illinois (not Chicago, way far south of there, think cornfields and cows!). She is our superstar Marketing Director, though that title really doesn’t do her, and all that she does, justice (chances are that if you need anything, contacting her might be a good place to start). She’s also Mandi’s sister, but we don’t hold that against her! She’s been involved in Ohio Real Estate investing and Rental Property Management since 2008. She worked in the Medical Radiography field before deciding that Real Estate was the way to go for her.
Nichell joined our team in 2009 and has been a hugely integral part of our continued growth and evolution.

Sommer Moore
Executive Administrative Assistant
With over a decade of experience in accounting and executive administrative support, Sommer has a knack for identifying inefficiencies, solving problems, and creating processes that help the entire team work more effectively.
If something feels disorganized or a process needs improvement, Sommer is often the first person to dive in, find a solution, and help bring order to the chaos. She is also someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people, building relationships, and making everyone feel welcome. Whether she is working with a team member, client, vendor, or business partner, Sommer believes strong relationships are at the heart of every successful organization.
Outside of work, Sommer enjoys getting lost in a good book, attending book-themed events, watching scary movies, and spending time with her five beloved fur babies. Her cats hold a special place in her heart, and she would be the first to tell you that life would not be the same without them.

Janice Ramos
Sales Acquisitions & Client Services
Meet Janice Ramos (Jhan to her friends and family), a dedicated and accomplished individual with an established record of leadership and excellence in customer service.
In the professional world, Jhan has embraced various roles. Starting as a Service Assistant, she worked her way up to become an Operations Supervisor. From 2010 to 2015, Jhan consistently performed her duties within this role above expectations, earning her the title of Top Supervisor of the Year. She was also recognized for leading the Top Team during this time period. Jhan even served as the Escalation Lead for a prominent US Property Management/Field Services Company. Her background and expertise are a wonderful addition to the team.
Outside of her career, Jhan enjoys a creative and delectable hobby: cupcake baking and brownie-making!

Roman Suarez
Sales Maestro & Client Services
Roman was the “Grand Maestro” back in his high school days, serving as the leader of the Glee Club. His choir group earned a lot of recognition and even won championship titles under his leadership. In fact, his first job was as a Music Teacher at his old high school. That gave him an opportunity to do what he loved the most, singing and leading others to sing. Eventually he branched out into customer service, working under companies such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. After eight years of manning the phones for these major Telecom companies, he decided to make a change, and joined our team.
Now he applies his knowledge and experience towards supporting the team and driving our core values and mission forward. Roman says, “One thing I love about working here is the dedication of my coworkers to their craft, and the passion they put into it…the company wouldn’t be where it is now without the dedication and talents of all these wonderful people.”

Vlad Legaspi
Jr Administrative Assistant
Vlad started his career as a Computer Admin for a construction company back in 2006, where he refined his skills in database management and organization. From there, he shifted to more client-facing roles, working for various companies in customer services. He gained experience in leadership as a Performance Development Coach, where he mentored others for a few years. Now he’s applying everything he’s learned to keep information flowing smoothly across the team, and ensuring everything is in its proper place for safe-keeping.
Vlad is a devoted family man, often using his free time to go on weekend adventures with them to make lifelong memories. Aside from that, you might find him immersed in the world of gaming, leveling up his character in games such as Diablo 4.

Becky Howell
Mailroom Manager and “Office Mom”
Becky is our certified “Office Mom,” and she often brightens up the entire team’s day with her sunny disposition and contagious smile. She’s technically in charge of the mailroom and overseeing all of the incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that everything is properly addressed, stamped, and sorted; however, this really comes second to her, as her main passion in life is uplifting others and giving them a big hug.
Becky spent many years of her life caring for others via a full-time career through nursing. She is enjoying a change in pace with our team, and we’re very fortunate to have her!
