Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
Answer: We want to actually buy your house. We are not real estate sales agents or brokers. We are a house buying company. We do not list houses for people. We buy houses directly from homeowners in As-Is condition.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
Answer: Of course I pay fair prices. If I did not offer people a fair price, I would not be able to buy many houses. Of course I cannot pay retail prices for houses otherwise I would not be able to make a living. That just would not be smart. I give people fair reasonable offers that will work for them. I don’t want to waste my time or yours by giving you an offer that is unreasonable. If you have any questions about my offer, I’ll be happy to explain how I calculated the offer. I am very straight up with people who contact me. Most people need some help because selling a house is not something they do everyday. I try to treat other people like I would like to be treated if I were in their shoes.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
Answer: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs or remodeling is required, the present condition of the property, and values of comparable houses recently sold nearby. As you know, house values have taken a huge hit in the last 5 years and many areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
Answer: We will not charge you any fees to buy your house or to give you an offer. This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house.
If you list your house and wait for a buyer to come along, then you’ll have to pay commissions. Plus the buyer will probably ask you to pay their closing costs.
But we do NOT charge fees or commissions when we buy your house. Plus we usually pay closing costs too!
We do this so that we are your alternative to the traditional selling process. We want to create an experience with no hassles, no pressure, no fees, no commissions, no obligation. We want your house selling experience to be a relief, to be stress-free, and to be a new start for you.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
Answer: Real estate agents list properties and hope someone will come along and buy them. Agents charge a hefty commission to list a house and show it to strangers who may be just looking around. Those commissions can add up to be thousands of dollars that you will have to pay.
That’s where we are very different. We are professional house buyers. We do not want to list your house. We want to buy it.
We try to make selling your house easy and low-cost. We buy houses that need repairs and painting and fixing up. So you do not have to pay a contractor (or do work yourself) to get your house ready to sell.
We do not charge fees or commissions. But we do give free offers with no obligation. We want you to feel good about accepting our offer. We want our offer to be a relief to the stress that you may have.
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
Answer: You will be under NO obligation to accept our offer. We talk to people for free. We work up offers for free. We do not charge any fees or commissions. After we give you our offer, its then in your hands to decide if our offer works for you and your situation. No obligation and No pressure.
