We’re hunting for at least one more House Buying Specialist (no RE license required!) with a real go-getter mentality. Your most important assets will be a no-excuses attitude toward getting houses purchased effectively and efficiently, along with a burning passion for personal growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and become a high 6-figure earner. If you don’t want to do what it takes to earn 6 figures, don’t apply!
You will be assisting our team of top-flight Buyers’ Agents overseeing the closing process from contract signing to closing. This is a people-oriented business and you will be working with nearly everyone in our company, including the CEO, as well as our customers and vendors. This job includes a variety of roles and responsibilities centered around contracts, title, utilities, Realtor/liaison duties, heavy phone calls to push sales through and arriving at creative solutions to get them to the finish line, admin duties, placing signs, pictures, and probably 10 more roles mixed in!
The CEO is a leader in this space and has the vision, ability, and knowledge to easily see 50% YOY growth with the right person in this GM seat. If you’ve read “Traction,” we’re looking for our Integrator – seeking only those who CAN and WILL lead our team to do 30+ deals per month consistently and who has the knowledge, experience, and ability to truly do so. You are very much a “fixer” just as much as a “team-builder!”
You’ll be the CEO’s number one person for information, organization, managing his schedule and calendar, managing marketing and data tasks, working with our vendors and partners, scheduling and ordering items, negotiating with an entire host of suppliers and vendors, etc. He’s extremely fast-paced and he has a major case of ADHD (really, not just saying that) so it’s your job to keep him on track, on task, and take over all of the extra overflow tasks. This is detail-oriented and there’s marketing involved!
