You will be assisting our team of top-flight Buyers’ Agents overseeing the closing process from contract signing to closing. This is a people-oriented business and you will be working with nearly everyone in our company, including the CEO, as well as our customers and vendors. This job includes a variety of roles and responsibilities centered around contracts, title, utilities, Realtor/liaison duties, heavy phone calls to push sales through and arriving at creative solutions to get them to the finish line, admin duties, placing signs, pictures, and probably 10 more roles mixed in!
You’ll be overseeing our residential rehab projects from cradle to grave. That means finding and hiring quality crews and tradesmen, creating and pricing out scopes of work, performing QC on all projects, and keeping the team updated on the status of all properties. You have to know the highest and best use of a home. You’ll need code knowledge, and you have to have a VERY good command of people and all things psychology. Management experience required, and at least 5 years of construction (residential). We need leaders who will lead!
You’ll be responsible for all marketing and tracking for our direct-to-seller model for our business. This role requires perfect consistency, detailed tracking, the ability to adapt quickly, and IMPLEMENT! Track everything like a fiend, and plan ahead and solve hiccups before they actually exist. We need someone who LOVES and breathes marketing – and gets excited about analysis and coordinating all of the pieces of the puzzle!
Leasing, accounting, ledgers, customer service, maintenance coordination – the pillars of property management! Residential single family homes make up the bulk of our properties, so you’ll need experience with those for sure. This is not a 9-5 job, which you know very well if you have experience in property management. We need someone sharp and capable to juggle a lot of challenging tasks and projects, and have fun while doing it! There will be various errands, cleaning, being on the phones, and 28 other things we won’t list out here. Administrative clerical work, spreadsheets, data entry, etc. You’ll need nice penmanship, too. There will be troubleshooting, and you’ll have to be adaptable and able to overcome roadblocks quickly.
