Bryan Blankenship, President/CEO
Bryan has been a Licensed Ohio (and Kentucky) General Contractor, REO pro and pro flipper for over a decade. During this span of time he has established relationships in the industry that allow us to craft offers that others can’t match, which is the driving force behind the company’s success. It’s not all about the fair cash offer, though. What REALLY makes him stand apart is his ability to provide help and value in a wide variety of ways – it all boils down to how can he really help his neighbor!
He has been featured in magazines and podcasts, though he prefers to be behind the scenes, making sure things get done the way they should be. It’s not uncommon to find him with his nose in a book, as he has a great love for learning and constant self-improvement. Bryan is usually the first one to know about new construction products and technologies!
When he’s not working (which is quite rare!), you can find Bryan enjoying nature, traveling, racing anything with an engine, or spending quality time with loved ones. He and his wife reside in Lebanon, Ohio, and are both animal lovers with 3 rescued cats at home (and an occasional rescued Raptor that they foster).
As a former programming engineer in the tool and die industry, Tony was rehabbing properties in his spare time until he decided to make a full time move into the real estate industry and join our team. Tony has a long history of being able to build, fix, or make anything needed to complete a project and his true passion comes from seeing the property transformation take place (sometimes we even call him the “House Whisperer” due to his uncanny ability to assess a house so quickly).
Tony has lived in Ohio his entire life. During free time he enjoys being outside, working on a project, or relaxing in front of a fire. He enjoys spending free time with his family. One of his favorite past times is working or riding on something with an engine, either dirt bikes, buggies, or fast cars.
Dan Blankenship, Acquisitions
Dan joins us from a background of sales and customer service as a former small business owner. He served in the US Army for five years in the late 80s. After coming back home, he joined AK Steel in Middletown in 1990. In 2006, he left that position to form his own small business, which he ran and operated until 2018. He really enjoys getting to know people and figuring out real solutions to their problems.
Dan is ready and available to help out at any time, and he loves to talk! It’s not likely you’ll find a more down-to-earth, neighborly guy to sell your house fast (or not so fast) to.
Christina Dreve, Acquisitions
Christina comes to the team after being a mortgage loan officer in Cincinnati. As a hobby, she also coached aspiring authors to write their books and has written several books herself. She has heard a lot of great stories!
Christina loves hiking and kayaking, and has even climbed forty feet high into a redwood tree in California (with a harness and rope!) Her latest home project is fixing up her backyard and figuring out what color to paint her front door next spring. On the weekends you might also find her searching for mid-century modern end tables at resale stores.
She loves all things real estate and has an amazing ability to figure out best options and think of creative ways to work around things that seem impossible to fix!
Nichell Williams, Director of Marketing
Nichell is our Superstar Director of Marketing, though that title really doesn’t do her, and all that she does, justice (chances are that if you need anything, contacting her might be a good place to start). She’s also Mandi’s sister, but we don’t hold that against her! She’s been involved in Ohio Real Estate investing and Rental Property Management since 2008. She worked in the Medical Radiography field before deciding that Real Estate was the way to go for her.
Nichell joined our team in 2009 and has been a hugely integral part of our continued growth and evolution. On top of her career with us, her little ones (Leif age 4 and Holly age 8) keep her very busy! She works from home most days to take care of her family. When she does get some free time, she loves outdoor activities of every kind. Hiking, biking, jogging, camping….anything involving nature – you’ll find her there! We are all super thankful to have her as part of our team and she’s thankful for a company that allows her the flexibility to work from home when needed!
Heather Carroll, AP/AR
Heather is another vital part of the team who works as one of our administrators wearing many hats within the office. She is experienced in a variety of things, and is integral to our AP/AR, as well as keeping the rest of us on track.
Her bright smile and positive attitude keeps everyone in good spirits, and she always remembers everyone’s birthday, anniversary, and favorite place to eat! She has even been known to bring special treats to our crews now and then.
Georgia Stafford, Executive Assistant
Georgia has been in the customer services industry for the past 10 years. She loves keeping track of all the small details that help every client meet their deadlines. Her favorite job is one where she can support her team to create a positive and memorable experience for all of the people we interact with and help on a daily basis – so she loves being part of our team (and we keep her plenty busy)!
She is originally from Louisville, KY, where she graduated from Bellarmine University. She spends most of her free time singing along with the car stereo or spending quality time watching sci-fi shows with her new husband and their puppy and cat.
Morgan Felger, General Manager
Morgan has a ton of previous experience in sales and marketing. She has been in the real estate industry for several years now, and has a passion for people. She is an asset to our team and LOVES being table to get a bird’s eye view of everything and make sure everything is working and flowing as it should. She can’t live without her notes that she color codes with different highlighters (she always keeps some on hand and ready!) and is highly-organized.
She enjoys playing softball, and she is an avid bowwoman. Morgan spends most of her free time with friends & family. She is driven by results and the support of her team, and we are excited to have her on board!
Michael Murray, Acquisitions
Michael has been involved in Real Estate since 2013. He has an intense passion for building relationships with individuals who are looking to buy OR sell their home.
He is the proud father of five children who are all very active in sports (including him!). In his free time…well, this is what he said about that, ” *chuckle* get real, there is no down time!” – he is either at a property or a sporting event, and maybe even on the phone at the same time.
Matt Peacock, Transaction Coordinator
Matt is our terrific Transaction Coordinator! He’s been in the real estate business for a while now and is extremely familiar with the closing process. Matt is a licensed Realtor, which has added an extra layer of knowledge and perspective to the team’s transactions operations.
He also specializes in Property Management, and is one of the most approachable and respectful people you’ll ever have the pleasure to meet!
In his free time, Matt loves to go golfing with some of his buddies. When he’s not out on the green, you might find him relaxing at home, since everything in the office is so fast-paced and it can be really nice to just kick back and rest now and then.
Roman Suarez, Acquisitions CSR
Roman’s friends call him “Man”. He’s got two children and a wonderful wife, and he recently held a formal wedding ceremony in October after 7 years of being married! He was a choir master in his church, so singing is his forte. Roman also loves to read, and has even written some ebooks that are live for sale on Amazon!
He studied Architecture in college, but ultimately decided to pursue a career in customer service instead. Roman is a master at his craft, and he can answer any questions you might have for us while putting you at ease. Maybe you can even get him to sing for you over the phone sometime!
Vlad Legaspi, Acquisitions CSR
Vlad has been involved in customer service for over 12 years. He honed his skills over time before shifting over into quality assurance and sales for the last few years. He joined our team because he loves combining his prior experience and knowledge from the lending industry with his passion for talking to (and helping) people!
He spends most of his free time on the weekends playing video games as he’s discovered they’re a great way for him to relax and unwind, and to connect with a large network of friends from all over. Vlad sounds young on the phone, but don’t let that fool you! He’s very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with.
Janice Ramos, Acquisitions/CSR
Janice has been involved in real estate and property management for several years. She was even an escalation specialist before coming to work with us – not an easy job! Her friends and family call her “Jan.” She also has experience in team management and analytics, so she keeps us on our toes in the office!
Janice really enjoys spending time with her family and baking for them. She says that seeing them enjoying the pastries she makes brings her true joy. Yes, she’s just as sweet and wholesome as she sounds on the phone, too!
