• Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Sales Rep) $140,000+/yr earning potential

  We’re hunting for at least one more House Buying Specialist (no RE license required!) with a real go-getter mentality. Your most important assets will be a no-excuses attitude toward getting houses purchased effectively and efficiently, along with a burning passion for personal growth. • Transaction Coordinator $75,000-$85,000/yr

  You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all aspects of transactions with the team! This includes drafting and sending our various agreements and forms for signature, updating files, communicating consistently with all involved parties, working with title companies and attorneys, and being the amazing voice on the phone that represents us to all sellers and buyers. You’ll need to be highly detailed, organized, and great with people to excel in this role!

• Property Manager $45,000-$50,000/yr

  Leasing, accounting, ledgers, customer service, maintenance coordination – the pillars of property management! Residential single family homes make up the bulk of our properties, so you’ll need experience with those for sure. This is not a 9-5 job, which you know very well if you have experience in property management. • Handyman, Full-Time $45,000-$50,000/yr

  We need a full-time handyman that can do a variety of work quickly and efficiently! You will be a key member of our team responsible for repairs and improvements on our properties. Within this role, you’ll need to be able to do everything from painting to minor plumbing and roof repairs. If you know the basics of construction, are able to multitask, can lift and move appliances when needed, and can maintain top-rate customer service in the field, you might just be the one we’re looking for.
